Contribute FeedbackThe recently awarded best new restaurant in SF, Okura, received a mix of reviews from its patrons. While some found the starters to be much better than the main courses and felt the overall food was too salty, others enjoyed the excellent service and interesting selection of sophisticated dishes. The extensive cocktail menu, unique menu items, and delicious food options were highlights for many visitors. Despite some complaints about inconsistency in service and pricing, Okura remains a neighborhood favorite with a great atmosphere and welcoming staff.
They must update their prices on their side. they get a big sunrise when they sit down to eat. I challenge her to take a look at it and see why I cannot give them 5 to some of their recommendations.
Our group of nine had a wonderful dining experience at Okura. The staff was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The food was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from, satisfying all of our preferences. The restaurant also has a spacious, heated terrace and plenty of parking available.
The appetizers and sushi were as good as ever. the service was a little slow compared to previous experiences to eat here.
You can't go wrong here. I recommend the whisky ingwer smash and the baked skalopp roller.
The best Japanese food in the Coachella Valley! Very busy evening and service was a little inconsistent but in no way did it detract from the overall experience. I highly recommend Okura.
