She had the huevos rancheros, and I got the Mexican version of eggs Benedict with turkey chorizo. The biscuits were sooooo good! We ate outside, but inside is so modern and fresh. The service is excellent even when shorthanded. I highly recommend. Next time I want to their specialty drinks.

The food here is exceptional, surpassing any simple comparison. The quality and depth of flavors are not something you would typically find at a breakfast or lunch spot. The chef's passion shines through in every dish. The service matches the high standard of the food. The coffee is top notch, local brand with excellent quality. They even serve heated cream on the side. The custom coffees are a must-try. We particularly enjoyed the Heavenly Hollandaise Green Chile biscuit with fried eggs and Hollandaise sauce on a green Chile biscuit. The Brioche French Toast with fresh strawberries was also a delight. Their homemade strawberry jam is amazing. The Green Chile Monte Cristo, made on a Quesadilla and dipped in egg before being fried, was a unique and delicious dish. The decor is cozy and inviting, with unique furnishings and interesting art on the walls. The service was exceptional, with no rush to finish your meal quickly. This is a restaurant experience, so be prepared to enjoy your time there. While it may not be cheap, the quality and taste of the food make it well worth the price. We have visited three times and each visit lasted over an hour. Highly recommended.

Service has always been attentive. Truly a hidden gem in the gem of the desert!
