This experience was really frustrating. The manager should double-check orders before handing them over to customers. It’s such a waste of time to have to return to get the correct order. It took me two hours to finally get wings and fries, and I'm very upset about it.

I waited nearly 10 minutes before anyone helped me, and I had to correct my order three times. Then they couldn’t even accept my $100 bill for a $50 order—unbelievable. It's no surprise the place was completely empty. I told them to wait while I grabbed my wallet from the car to pay by card, which took just about 10 seconds, but by the time I returned, they had canceled my order to help someone on the phone. Ridiculous. They need to get it together. I won’t be coming back!
