Taco Bell - La Puente

The kids said none of the food was hot. It was warm. Being that my daughter used to work here we know what times they switch out certain foods like the ground beef, steak, chicken, and the potatoes.. Not sure why the food was not fresh because we were there at 4:15. They said the Taco Bell that I normally take them to taste way better than this one. It’s best to find one that works best for you where you know the crewmembers and when and how they switch out their food. It is important to toss it after a specific time to ensure freshness that no one gets a stomachache. This is why they got three stars. The restaurant is self was clean and the preparation area in the kitchen was clean and the bathrooms were clean and the service was great. However The lukewarm food is no Bueno. Sorry

My food was just awful and I spend money on this .and the employees in the kitchen are smoking all you see is smoke in the kitchen this was around 10 pm 2/19/2024

They forgot my sauce packets, but not a big deal because I was taking food home and I have sauce there.

THERE WERE MAGGOTS CRAWLING OUT OF THE WATER DRAIN IN THE DINING ROOM!!! THIS PLACE IS A MESS!! When I went to tell a manager, he proceeded to tell me Yeah the maggots are probably in your food too, you piece of **** HOW CAN SOMEONE LIKE THIS BE A MANAGER? He then proceeded to kick me out of the store, and tell me the maggots are his new friends. I felt like I was in a dream.
