Avoid coming near the lunchtime because it has a lot to do so that you have to wait almost 10 minutes or so that your order is ready. I also use the app to order my food and so far I have no problems with my food right and be ready when it tells me to arrive.

The same problem as the subway in this mall? I know I came a few minutes before the end of the time, but can be professional about it. If business hours say 10PM closing time, let you honor that for customers.
