What Rick Ladrido doesn't like about Dairy Queen:
The waitress who took our order was friendly and polite. However, our food was left sitting on the back counter for 20 minutes before it was handed to us, resulting in a negative experience. We do not plan on returning to this restaurant. View all feedback.

The ice cream: excellent. Always pretty much what you should expect. Service always good. The food: it's frozen junk that is overpriced. Not worth the time to eat unless you're starving. Nothing will change that until DQ starts making their own foodagain.
My family and I visited this restaurant on a Sunday evening. The Drive Thru was quite busy, but surprisingly there was only one person in line inside. We opted for the $7 meal deal and decided to upgrade the sundae to a blizzard for an extra cost. I chose the new Reeses Take 5 Blizzard and my family member went for the ChocoBrownie Extreme Blizzard, both of which were delicious. Additionally, the fries at this location were crispy, unlike the soggy ones we had experienced at the Lexington Park DQ. While the burgers were just okay, we think the specialty ones might be better.
My mom and I visited this Dairy Queen on the evening of 6/30 at about 8:30pm and went through the drive-thru. We ordered a small mint chocolate chip shake and a mini Turtle Blizzard. We saw the girl at the drive through window hand the car in front of us amini blizzard and then about a minute later tried to hand him a small mint shake. The guy never took the shake and after somewords with her, he then handed her back the mini blizzard cup that she had previously given him. I knew that she had given himthe wrong order, OUR order. She then handed him a different mini blizzard cup and a bag of food. When we got to the window, thegirl tried to hand me the melting blizzard that had been given to the previous customer, and I told her that I knew she hadgiven it to the other customer by mistake and that I was not going to accept it. She then looked at me with an attitude andasked me if I wanted it to be remade and I told her of course and that it was absolutely crazy that she would try to give mefood that she had given someone else. It is absolutely disgusting that that girl would ever think that it's acceptable to givesomebody food that had been mistakenly given to another customer and in that other customer's possession for several minutes. Iunderstand that mistakes happen. However, in food service, employees should know better than to take back food that has beengiven mistakenly or if they do, it's thrown away immediately, not given to someone else.
