Mcdonald's - La Mesa

This is McDonald's. However, every time they forget to include something in the order, it's not just ketchup or sauce. The staff is young and learning, but the mistakes can add up and become costly.

I had to wait a long time for my lunch just to receive a fish fillet that was on a hamburger instead of a fluffy bun as expected. The sauce was messy and the fries were not fresh. I am unsure why they advertise themselves as using fresh ingredients.

McDonald's is McDonald's, but I always have to double check my burger before I leave. They have gotten my order wrong a couple of times in the past month and a few times last year. The staff doesn't seem to listen. I have been frustrated with them since I was a child, even when I worked there. The drive-thru cashiers have always been pleasant, except for the ones at the Jamacha Rd location who barely speak. I think the kitchen staff need to pay more attention to the screens to ensure orders are made correctly. Despite the occasional issues, I will still go to McDonald's. Sometimes I have to deal with some nonsense.

Eat good staff well. However, they had a ventilation problem and the air quality had hardly been adequate.

I want to hate McDonalds so bad....but it wasn't that bad. Fries are addicting. Guy at the window was typical...didn't care. But, food was hot. Yeah.
