He doesn't come across as friendly and has a somewhat unpleasant demeanor. The staff could also use a bit more warmth; a smile and a touch of joy would go a long way.

Oreo chocolate chip was not as good as I had hopped both by themselves is better Oatmeal chocolate chip Was probably my favorite wasn't too sweet and had the right texture. It was solid yet soft. Semi sweet chocolate chip Just like mom used to make is what I would say about this one. Except mom's were always burnt, and this one was done to perfection.

I went there for the half dozen deal (buy six, get one free), and I didn't even have to think twice about it—the server convinced me right away. The tough part was choosing from all the delicious options while drooling over them. And if I may be bold enough to make a suggestion: you absolutely must try the most incredible Oatmeal Raisin cookie you'll ever taste. Sorry, Grandma!

I wasn't aware they have a minimum purchase of five dollars for credit or debit transactions, as I always paid with cash before. When I bought just two cookies, I found myself a dollar short. The employee kindly informed me about the minimum requirement, leaving me a bit disappointed because I didn’t want to buy a third cookie. However, the employee only charged me five dollars instead of the full price, which I thought was incredibly generous. Biff’s definitely has outstanding customer service!

Not sure why others say that the service is bad because they have been wonderful every time I visited (and that is a LOT)! I only grabbed half a dozen and, as every time I stop by, they are patient and good nature and do everything with a smile or joke or kind attitude. And this is all without mentioning the cookies! California Killer with nuts... WOW. Golden Oatie and Oatmeal with nuts! And even the classics are brilliant! Soft in the middle and a beautiful little scratch on the edge. The texture of the ingredients in each cookie is well thought out. You can't do wrong! And I will continue to support them any chance I get!
