What Suzanne Roche doesn't like about Au Vieux Guide:
The bread we served with the fondue was MOISI (blue, spongy). When you notice it to the waitress, she takes the basket and explains no more embarrassment that it was because it was the end of the bread tray. Not very reassuring for the rest of the kitchen.
