What Ambassador Taps doesn't like about La Marina:
This restaurant claims to be Mexican, but there are no Mexican staff members, so don't expect authentic Mexican flavors. The ambiance features old-school Roy Clark-style country music. The flour tortillas tasted like they came from Walmart, and the biscuits were as hard as rocks. The chicken-fried steak had a flavor reminiscent of three-week-old grease. It's a great place for breakfast. Food is pretty good. Migas is fantastic! Darlene always has amazing customer service. Kid-friendliness: They'll help in any way they can. Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of walkway room. Tavles aren't too cramped.
It was my first time coming here,I thought just to come and get a quick bite,I ordered the tacos and rice and beans,Everything was good, I really enjoyed the food and the chips and salsa was really good as well.My server Kelsey was awesomeI recommend this place and will definitely be coming back here to eat.This is a follow up: I came back here to eat and my waitress was different from the first day I was here, she seemed to be upset or a bad attitude towards me.Don't treat me any different as you would anyone else, I didn't do anything to you.I am a paying customer, don't take anything out on me.My waitress took my order she didn't bring my chips and salsa out, I had to ask for that.You have a job to do.I really miss my first waitress from day one Kelsey
