Grapevine Mediterranean Gourmet Cafe

I've been visiting this restaurant since I moved to the neighborhood, and I'm always impressed by how cozy and welcoming it is. The food is fantastic, with a wide variety of options available. The dishes come out hot and quickly. They typically offer an excellent selection of wine and beverages, and the staff is attentive and patient. The interior is stunning, with beautiful brickwork and decor. While parking can be a challenge during peak hours, the delicious food makes it all worth it.

This felt like a cozy home-cooked meal. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere was laid-back. The cuisine leans more towards Greek/Italian Mediterranean rather than Arabic (like falafel), but I was pleasantly surprised. They accidentally brought me someone else's dish, and I ended up eating it without realizing, but I actually enjoyed it—even a dish with olives, which I usually don’t like! They still made sure I got my usual order. Even my teenage daughter enjoyed the food, although she generally eats just about anything.

Grapevine is akin to an upscale deli, offering a delightful selection of full entrees. The food is fresh and served quickly, and the staff is friendly and attentive. The only reason it loses a star is that while it's nice, it doesn't quite qualify as a fancy sit-down restaurant, even though the prices suggest otherwise.

I love this place! The owner is so kind and welcoming and the food is so good. It feels like you are eating a meal prepared for family. Lots of healthy options as well! I have sampled the mezze, soups, salads, pasta and entrees. Everything is consistentlygreat!
