There are some places in La Grande that hold a special place in my heart due to tradition, but Jaxdog is a restaurant where I don't need a specific reason to enjoy a meal there. The food at Jaxdog is truly top-notch and probably the best in our city. This restaurant is a must-visit when I have guests in town. The food is delicious, the presentation is always beautiful, and the daily variety on the menu is a welcome and unique aspect. The cardamom rolls are absolutely to die for, and even better the next day. They have more flavor than any cinnamon roll I've ever had.
