But during the last order, a little disappointed with the quantity of certain ingredients (salmon, figatelli which were in very small quantities compared to usual). Even if the wait was a little long, it was worth it, the lasagna are of unmatched quality, at the first bite we smell the papillae vibrating. For my part, I took a spinach salmon slice, it was very dry and the salmon in blocks in the four corners of the slice was not to my taste. The first layer was completely hard so there wasn't much left to eat For the traditional lasagna sauce it is very good but unfortunately the béchamel was also completely hardened with the layer of cheese on top and as there was none inside unfortunately we couldn't really taste it.
