Ten d... read more Booked a table for a group lunch with 2 months notice. This was part of a trip of 15 friends travelling from UAE to celebrate a few ladies 50th birthdays. Ten days before, we were contacted to say our booking was being cancelled but offered us to go to one of their other Chateaus for lunch. Was disappointed but appreciated their efforts…. however despite being assured I would be contacted, I wasn’t and had to spend days chasing. Now 5 days before our Vineyard Visit Day, we have found out our group can not be accommodated at the other chateau and we have to find an alternative. I also asked a few days ago about still being able to visit to do a wine tasting session and got no response, I asked again today after being told there were no lunch options at their other chateau and mentioned I felt it should be complimentary I got sent a link to a restaurant in a cave as a response. Really disappointing.

An absolute pleasure to stay here. We were originally booked in a smaller room, where we encountered problems. However, after speaking with the management they were able to kindly move us to another room which happened to be bigger. I won’t go into the problems faced because to me, it’s not about finding fault with a service, it’s more about response. The staff were fair and kind and went out of their way to rectify the situation. The breakfast was out of this world I’ve never had such tremendous quality foods. Just all in all, a relaxing and pleasant stay

The welcome and facilities were impressive , great restaurant for breakfast and dinner and all tram members were extremely friendly The only area of concern was checkout where I was charged for significant extras and had to wait a long time for the manager to sort Other than that a great place to stay

The hotel facilities were great with lots of space in the room and across the whole site.

Would highly recommend having at least one dinner at the resta... read more Had a lovely stay at Ultimate Provence! The rooms were comfortable and the property was gorgeous. Would highly recommend having at least one dinner at the restaurant, everything we tried there was delicious. Would also recommend booking a wine tasting. The staff was friendly. We especially enjoyed relaxing by the pool.
