What User doesn't like about Three Rivers Lodge:
Food was okay. Got the blackened white fish. Great BIG bun small little piece of fish. Just pulled it apart and ate it with half the bun. It was fine that way. My husband had the Cuban which he liked. We had the coleslaw neither of us cared for that at all. Setting was beautiful, staff was friendly. View all feedback.
Jack was our server, we came in for a late lunch. He was fabulous. This was a great stop. We had a delicious light lunch of the dock lunch and yummy smoked deviled eggs. Food was great and service was better.
Lovely experience all around. Had the loaded lodge chips and deviled eggs for an appetizer, since dinner is served at 5. We arrived at 4. For dinner I had the fish fry and my husband had the New York strip. His steak was amazing. (Yes I stole a few bites) His potatoes were meh, nothing special and same with the steamed broccoli. My fish fry was as expected but very nice and crispy. We were also served two kinds of bread which you can tell its freshly baked. The cranberry bread was my favorite. I could just eat that all night with their maple walnut butter.
Nice, easily accessible dining. We were seated by the windows-great view of the park and river but also very chilly. I ordered ice tea and it was horrible. Possibly beyond expiration?? The waitress was kind and substituted the coffee I requested when the tea was beyand. Our food was good overall.
Awesome food, absolutely bursting with flavor! Calm, chill, relaxing atmosphere.
This was a bit surprising, as I had a dozen people from out of town with me. We stopped in at a restaurant a block away for lunch called Buzzard Billy's and it was bombed and they said 45 minute wait. That couldn't work for us so we called down to thisrestaurant asked if they had room for us. They said yes we walked down there and we were literally the only people in the place. That made me nervous as I had a group from Argentina with me. We ordered our food, they were pleasant, the food came in a very reasonable amount of time, it was good and the bill was reasonable. The venue itself is very nice, I'm not sure why the place is not popular? Maybe we got lucky, maybe because nobody else was there?
