super impressed by river rats from the time we had set ourselves until we were gone. they were busy and had people who had to wait for dinner and told us that it could be about an hour to get our food, which was a nicer head. eating was worth waiting. the personal was attentive. we look forward to our next trip. My wife and I usually enjoy this restaurant, but today was different. We witnessed a senior bartender harshly criticize and belittle a newer bartender in front of several customers, which was really upsetting. The new employee was visibly distressed and even in tears while trying to serve patrons. It created an uncomfortable and awkward atmosphere for everyone. The waitress was completely new, but has made a great job for our big group. fish was tasty and the cheesecakes fiery.
