Red Lobster La Crosse

Extremely poor service. eating was inconspicuous and not boiled reispilaf. the waitress seemed confused and inexperienced. she has not correctly ordered and forgotten that the brokkoli has brought it out later. I have eaten in red lobster at several places, i.e. mesa, az, florida, stops while enroute to az from wi or wi to fl and never had an experience like this. I used to say I never had a bad meal in a redlobster. I can't say that now.

Had a wonderful meal. really had a attentive and well-trained server that checked in with us and assured everyone had what he needed.

This Red Lobster has the most delightful manager! She is always quick to address any concerns and can often be seen ensuring that all the tables are satisfied. The staff are attentive, showing genuine care for the customers. With the new carpet, the place feels completely refreshed. I highly recommend visiting, especially if you haven't been in a while. With new staff and updated menu items, your experience will surpass any previous visits to this location!

This red lobster has the sweetest manager of all time! it never hesitates to correct any problems and can be regularly checked on tabs to make sure everyone does well. the personal is attentive, and they can say when they really care about the customers. with the new carpet it feels like a brand new restaurant. would definitely recommend to check it if it did not return recently. with new employees and updated menu items, the experience they surpass all previous trips to this location!
