Pizza Hut - La Crosse

We had a great experience taking our kid here to use his Book It coupon from school. Crystal interacted with our kid in such a positive way and encouraged him to keep on reading! The staff was friendly and the food was great.

Woukd give zero stars if possible. Only 1 employee working in the store. We had to place our order at the counter after sitting for 20 minutes with no server in sight. We were the only customers there. Entire restaurant was very dirty, including tables. We had a bigger group and wanted to sit together. Good thing we had wipes with, as we cleaned our own table. They did not have fountain soda and only sold bottles. Pizza was terrible with very little sauce and served to use in pizza boxes at the table, along with paper plates and plastic forks. After reading other reviews little to no sauce on their pizzas is a common occurrence. There are so many other pizza joints in town so save your time and money and go somewhere else. I understand some of the issues today may be due to staff shortages, but the entire place seems neglected. I would imagine this is more of a management issue than individual employee.

I usually dont write reviews but after what happened today I had to do something... My order never showed up over 30min after getting the text that it was out for delivery so I called to check on it. The guy who answered said it should have been delivered and even said to me that it could have gotten delivered without me seeing even tho I was watching for them. He hung up on me while I was talking (nicely) so I called back got the call center and was told they didnt know what happened but would remake food and bring it. About 40 minutes later we finally received our order but it was overcooked and hard. The cheese breadsticks didnt have much cheese on them and it was hard to cut them apart.. I took a pic because I wanted to get my money back but after the way I was treated I'm not sure I want to even try. We cant afford to order out often and usually love pizza hut so we are very upset we wasted money on food we didnt eat and were disrespected by the staff.

Someone has made sure to bring back pizza hat is great because in the last few years I was not satisfied with my order and I tried it last night again and it was super! pan pizza that was the picture perfect and the delicious taste I remember from my jugend! (rose st. la crosse wi)

The outside of this place looks nice from a distance but the inside is pretty old and the lights are the dim. It's kinda creepy looking on the inside and kinda small but the staff are nice and they seem to know there jobs so well. The apartment next to Pizxa Hut don't help with all the weird people always staring at you but the Pizza is good. I did a online order and I didn't have to wait as long for my pizzas to be ready.
