I appreciate that the menu constantly changes and that they source their ingredients locally. It's a fantastic addition to our city's dining options. I prefer to eat clean, fresh, and healthy food, and Apothic provides just that. Thank you for a wonderful dinner tonight! I tried the Wang-ton burrito with tofu instead of meat, and it was absolutely amazing.

The spicy black marrow wasn't as spicy as we had expected, but the butternut added a unique and delicious flavor. The yellow curry rice was outstanding, combining Thai and Japanese flavors perfectly with a rich broth.
