Loved our Aztec Mocha. Loved our macha doughnut. On this early winter morning, Lofty provides overhead heating for the outdoor seating. So you can sit comfortably outside on a cold morning.Will come back.

Best Coffee I have had in a long time.It's better than Starbucks.

Perfectly done poached eggs, beautifully plated with just ripe avocado precisely sliced, toast and jam. Oat milk latte was exquisite! Finally a New York style Italian latte here in SD, I’m in heaven! I paid more than I normally would for this but today was a special day. Worth it. I’ll be back. Note: washrooms need attention.

The drinks here are chef's kiss. The food is amazing as well and has that farm-to-fork feel and vibe going on. For two brunch entrees and two drinks, we paid about $50, so it's not cheap, but it was definitely well worth the vibe and experience. Everything was amazing, especially the matcha.

Super modern coffee spot with plenty of outdoor seating and really nice Carlsbad breezes. Located in the heart of Carlsbad village it’s easy to find, but hard to park. The cold brew was strong. And I like my coffee strong. But it was almost TOO bitter. I had a hard time finishing it. And for $6 it was a bit much. It had a good coffee flavor though and did not water down with the ice at least—maybe because it was so strong to begin with. The food menu looked great but I didn’t try it.This was by far one of the most disappointing staff experiences I’ve had too. The young man at the counter barely acknowledged me and came off as me ordering being an interruption to his inner peace. Not great. Definitely added an extra sour spin to an already bitter coffee.
