Starbucks - La Ceiba

Last Saturday morning, I came to pickup a delivery order. It was about 7/8 am. It was super busy, as usual. One customer was super rude to the ladies working behind the counter, threatening to ask for a refund because her food was getting cold while waiting for them to finish her drink, and she kept leaning over the counter, asking the barista if she put extra caramel in her drink. The barista calmly said yes with a quick look, while making the drink. I saw the customer ask another employee for her name, apparently going to complain on her. I want to say, don't believe every negative comment you read here. I'm sure you will come across a bad employee ever once in a while, but more often than you think, these comments are written by impatient and entitled customers. The clerks here have never given me a problem, and have always been super nice. They showed a great level of restraint with that customer in question, keeping their cool. It was not easy. Kudos to them!

Most employees here give you attitude, if they don't wanna work, they can get another job instead of giving me their attitude .

Good particular location has a lot of bad reviews. I personally haven't had a bad experience here. As I've ordered via Uber eats many times and haven't run into any issues.

All I have to say is; what is the point of the mobile order if when I come to pick it up I get sent to the drive thru line!! Might as well not accept any mobile orders! Wasting my time! So stupid of them to do this honestly

Oh my god this Starbucks here on Alameda takes a long time I felt like I was in a food joint waiting for food but dammit it's just drinks bro I was literally here in line for 30 minutes for one drink plus their drink wasn't even that great to top it off retrain
