As I entered the establishment, the staff... read more I had a terrible experience at this restaurant! I've always enjoyed their drinks, but today was completely different. As I entered the establishment, the staff had an unwelcoming attitude. They acted as if they didn’t understand that I had ordered a "Lily." To top it off, a tall, light-skinned young man called out the drinks that were ready, but when my father went to pick them up, they just left mine on the table. He only pointed them out and walked away. The service was dreadful!

For instance, yesterday I went there at 3:20 PM and saw a sign apologizing for the inconvenience but stating they close at 3 PM. I hadn’t noticed any indication of that at 3 PM. Their posted hours online are misleading; if they are closing for the afternoon, they should be more specific about it.

My wife, my enkelin was there. we bought a ham and a Swiss croissant and a paradise tea. first we gave the tee without ice, and when we were asked, we said we h... read more My wife, my enkelin was there. we bought a ham and a Swiss croissant and a paradise tea. first we gave the tee without ice, and when we were asked, we said we had not said any ice. not true. when we leave, we are faced and asked whether we have paid for the cash with ice. I've never seen anything like that before.
