Was User at Starbucks a mag?
So nice and helpful! Plus smells so yummy inside there! We had a gift card and thought there was more on it but they helped us with much-needed ice waters anyway. View all feedback.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant! I've always enjoyed their drinks, but today was completely different. As I entered the establishment, the staff had an unwelcoming attitude. They acted as if they didn’t understand that I had ordered a "Lily." To top it off, a tall, light-skinned young man called out the drinks that were ready, but when my father went to pick them up, they just left mine on the table. He only pointed them out and walked away. The service was dreadful!

I typically don’t have any issues at this restaurant, but it’s quite odd that there are times when I find a handwritten sign on the door stating that they’re closed. For instance, yesterday I went there at 3:20 PM and saw a sign apologizing for the inconvenience but stating they close at 3 PM. I hadn’t noticed any indication of that at 3 PM. Their posted hours online are misleading; if they are closing for the afternoon, they should be more specific about it.

They need to provide better training for their new staff. Whenever I encounter someone new, my drink order is always incorrect. For some reason, I end up getting water instead, and I never have issues with the other employees.

My wife, my enkelin was there. we bought a ham and a Swiss croissant and a paradise tea. first we gave the tee without ice, and when we were asked, we said we had not said any ice. not true. when we leave, we are faced and asked whether we have paid for the cash with ice. I've never seen anything like that before.

Luck and you had a Starbucks is one of my favorites. Always a friendly staff, and never too long of a wait to get my order.
