Several set menus with plenty of choice for each course. Entree buffet was especially nice kept hygienic in a cloched cooler. Trout with lardons came with several vegetables (nice to see that in France) and partener 's steak was properly 'well done as asked. Tarte au myrtilles came with a dash of both chantlly And crème anglais for a spectacular finale . With petit crème café it still came in at under €50. Well worth searching for in la Bourboule!
