Originally located below the casino of the bourboule, "the borvo" took its neighborhoods above, to the left of the casino entrance. for 17€ you have a menu that... read more Originally located below the casino of the bourboule, "the borvo" took its neighborhoods above, to the left of the casino entrance. for 17€ you have a menu that includes a buffet of hors d’oeuvre, a dish and a dessert. the map offers a reasonable choice and we took "the gargantuesque plate" in which was a part of "the Auvergnate Tower", a real delight, sparkling of freshness. a good address in terms of value/price ratio.

Several set menus with plenty of choice for each cours... read more Looked to be recently opened and staffed by the most pleasant young chap with perfect skills and manners. Several set menus with plenty of choice for each course. Entree buffet was especially nice kept hygienic in a cloched cooler. Trout with lardons came with several vegetables (nice to see that in France) and partener 's steak was properly 'well done as asked. Tarte au myrtilles came with a dash of both chantlly And crème anglais for a spectacular finale . With petit crème café it still came in at under €50. Well worth searching for in la Bourboule!

Too bad the environment is not up to the plate but it seems that it will change. This place deserves to be known. I recommend
