Awful, awful, awful place. Do yourself a favour and avoid this absolute joke of a place. God knows where the good reviews have come from. It felt like an episode of Fawlty Towers . I came here especially in a taxi from another natural wine bar about twenty minutes away. That bar was great and I would 've gladly stayed. Unfortunately though, they only served light snacks and I was after something more substantial. When I first entered, there was no staff to be seen. I got a glass of wine and asked if I could get some food and the reply was that I 'd have to wait, as they had guests who had reserved who took priority. The restaurant was not particularly busy and I was sat at the counter and the only person, so how would they cope if they were full, if they can 't cope when they 're half empty. Half an hour passed, with no sign of getting to place an order for food anytime soon. I asked for the bill and was presented with a bill of 2,00 yen. I questioned it as it was more expensive than a glass of champagne and then they said that there was a service charge, even though this wasn 't itemised. I told them that I wasn 't prepared to pay this, considering the absolutely abysmal service and I didn 't even get offered even a glass of water to warrant any type of service charge. My worst experience in Japan, where the service is usually very efficient and friendly. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I just love this place, Everything from the ambiance, staff and location to the food and wine at this place is just wonderful. I initially came for the natural wine selection they had and did not get disappointed, but also found their food menu being extremely good. Long time ago I had food this good at a wine bar !! Big rec !! I’ve tried their tofu (with zucchini, fig and caramelized nuts), margherita pizza, chicken terrine with bread, cheese plate, cheesecake and lastly their thai salad with pork. Everything was truly amazing but if I could recommend only one appetizer and entree it would be the tofu and the thai salad. These dishes are worth going back for every day of the week ! Also great selection of fun and funky natural wine ! Price per person: ¥3,000–4,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
