The staff at the front counter were very rude especially the male manager, my chips were cold hard I nicely asked for them to be replaced he said they can’t, th... read more The staff at the front counter were very rude especially the male manager, my chips were cold hard I nicely asked for them to be replaced he said they can’t, then he proceeded to grab the chips slam them into the bin speaking to me disrespectfully then made some “fresh chips” waited 3 minutes just for them to be overcooked hard. Worst food I have had in Japan do not eat here save yourself the hassle. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
