It is hard to overdo how phenomenal our visit was here. it is a dreamlike to find, but at the end of a corridor from the road is a door / portal in a Japanese culinary nirwana. toshii, the owner, has kindly recommended us a series of dishes cooked by her special house, all carefully designed to bring out the best Obanzai cuisine. if they plan to go, a reservation, there is space for maybe 8 max in this wonderfully cozy location. they were very sensitive to us, despite our inability to converse basic japaners that were well appreciated! I am really looking forward to our next visit and will call in the meantime lobe of the roofs for this place.

The best o banzai eat in kyoto. amazing tasty. owner is very friendly 、very relaxed and friendly atmosphere. highly recommended. a must visit restaurant in kawaramachi area in kyoto.

Wonderful small obanjai (local Kyoto) cuisine. Extremely affable and warm host, welcoming. Some English. Omakase or a la carte. Food is very fresh, delicious, lovingly presented.

Best vegetarian food in kyoto this is one of the handful of places in kyoto, which serves excellent vegetarian food. we hunt for places where both my man and I could eat because he can eat everything that moves and I prefer plant-based kitchen. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I was spoiled for the choice, which is very rare for a vegetarian in japan. they have a great selection of vegetarian-friendly dresses, including the freshest and softest tofu they have in their lives. the lady who runs the facility is very friendly, speaks English and is a great company during her meal. it was a solid for my vegetarian starved soul and for my man who says it was the best meal he had in japan.

Our first time we yauba here in kyoto try and wow it was amazing?! tiny restaurant but we felt so welcome and had luck getting places. the owner and the staff were very friendly and tried to satisfy all customers and satisfied with eating.
