Smoothie King - Kyle

I've visited this restaurant three times, and each time I've experienced poor service. They definitely need more trained staff during peak hours. I've had to wait over 20 minutes each visit, regardless of whether it was morning, noon, or evening. This location really needs improvements.

I had a pretty good experience at Smoothie King. The staff was friendly and quick, and the drinks were delicious. The place was clean as well. Lately, I've been enjoying Smoothie King more than Tropical Smoothie Cafe.

Ridiculously understaffed every single time I’ve ordered. Results in extreme wait times, angry customers, and under appreciated workers on the verge of tears from being berated.Whoever is running this location needs to learn how to efficiently train and staff their employees in order to effectively manage a food service business.Ps. The people who work there now are wonderful, kind, and great at their jobs. They’re just constantly on the verge of panic in these circumstances. Utterly ridiculous.

I visited this restaurant after my dentist appointment today around 4 PM and had a great experience. The interior was clean, and there was no line, so I was able to place my order right away. The young man, Cameron, was very friendly and helpful. I tried the banana boat smoothie and really enjoyed it. I also got my fiancé the Lean 1 pineapple smoothie, but I would definitely recommend the banana boat smoothie over that one. I would certainly come back here again.

The smoothies are ok. The service is awful. It seems like every time we come here there are only two people working and the place is literally EMPTY. Yet for some reason it always takes at least 20 minutes for a smoothie. It’s absurd having to wait and watch as one person makes a smoothie one by one. We won’t be coming back. Not blaming the staff per se, maybe management doesn’t have all the smoothie machines working. Either way do t come here unless you have 30-40 minutes to spare.
