Kwinana Chinese - Feedback

What User doesn't like about Kwinana Chinese:
I have put the same order for the last 12 years and would always be ready when arrived, but the last few years began to cook them after I arrived and paid. I have the same number and have never made her believe that I would not show. EDIT Staff from restaurant called about forgotten entrees and have offered to deliver them. Turned this rating around, good on them.Food was decent but service was terrible. I ordered a large order for pick up and was told 35 minutes. Upon arriving I was told another 5 10 mins but ended up waiting 40 more minutes.
