Reserve at 10 or later no one is usually present. Good service. Once it was packed, it was much harder to be served, but they did the best they gave to the crowd. Music was great all positive vibes. Would definitely go back! View all feedback.
Beautiful location, beautiful music, beautiful furnishings, terrible customer service. Management is very bad, and the place is very unorganized. It claims to be a $5 entrance fee at the door, but the bouncer allowed me and my party of 10 women for free. We come into the lounge and the manager threatens to kick if we don't pay. Shouldn't that be something to confront the Bouncer? The manager then takes me and my friend outside the lounge to have a screaming game about who is right and who is wrong. How unprofessional? In what world does the customer take the blame for an employee defect? The manager continued to scream us because he didn't pay before he came in, but isn't that the unbelievers owe? What is he at the door for? The Bouncer should be in trouble to allow people free, not customers. It's not our job, we don't work there. Terrible customer service and I won't be back.
I recommend making reservations for 10 PM or later, as the restaurant tends to be less crowded before that time. The service was decent; however, once the place got busy, it became a bit more challenging to get served. Still, the staff did their best given the circumstances. The music was fantastic, creating a positive atmosphere throughout the evening. I would definitely return!
The staff at ZK Lounge is incredibly friendly and truly dedicated to ensuring that every customer feels well taken care of. The food is served warm and delicious; I had a sandwich while my friend enjoyed a salad. The lively music, hookah, and overall atmosphere were fantastic as well. I will definitely be returning and recommending ZK Lounge to my friends! I’m so glad that Kutztown has a place like this!
The location is great, the music is enjoyable, and the setup is appealing, but unfortunately, the customer service is abysmal. The management is poorly organized, and it shows. There was supposedly a $5 entry fee, yet the bouncer allowed my group of ten women to enter without charge. Once inside the lounge, the manager threatened to kick us out for not paying. Shouldn’t that concern the bouncer instead? What followed was a public argument outside the lounge between me, my friend, and the manager, which was nothing short of unprofessional. How is it that customers are held accountable for an employee's mistake? The manager continued to yell at us for not paying at the door, but isn’t that the bouncer's responsibility? What is their role if not to enforce entry fees? Instead of addressing the bouncer’s oversight, we were made to feel as if we were in the wrong. This experience was disappointing, and I will definitely not be returning.
The location is stunning, the music is lovely, and the furnishings are beautiful, but unfortunately, the customer service is terrible. The management is extremely disorganized. They advertise a $5 entrance fee, yet the bouncer let me and my group of ten women in for free. Once inside the lounge, the manager threatened to kick us out if we didn’t pay. Shouldn't that issue have been addressed with the bouncer instead? The manager then took my friend and me outside to argue loudly about who was right and wrong, which was incredibly unprofessional. How is it fair for customers to be blamed for an employee's mistake? The manager continued to shout at us because we didn’t pay before entering, but isn't that the bouncer's responsibility? The bouncer should be held accountable for letting us in without charging, not us. We’re customers; we’re not part of the staff. Overall, the service was dreadful, and I won't be returning.
