I arrived at... read more I had called the store to place a large food order for a house party I was hosting and manager Tammy was so nice and answered all of my questions. I arrived at the store around 2 p.m. today and warned the cashier I had a large order and she did not mind. The crew members were very friendly, took my order correctly, and the food was made quick and fresh. The manager on site was very friendly and helped me with all the food bags by placing them in a box so I had less to carry. I haven't been to the store in years, but always had a positive experience. I was very impressed with the customer service and I am manager working in fast food service for a little over three years. This store truely set a great precedent for other Chick FIl A stores to follow. And I had ordered $63 worth of food and thought crew members would be irritated with me, but service was fast and friendly. I would definetly return to this store if I have another christmas party or even for lunch. Thank you Kutztown Chick Fil a.

Students are pressed for time and can't be waiting 15-20 minutes just to receive their food. Otherwise, great location!

The only reasons I can’t give a full five stars are the slightly high prices and my personal preference for Popeyes.
