Motel Mexicola in Seminyak absolutely lived up to the hype. The food was genuinely delicious, full of bold flavours, fresh ingredients, and everything we ordered tasted like it was made with real care rather than that fast food vibe. Portions sizes were on point, not too big or small, and the menu had plenty of options that ensured we all got something we were craving. What really makes this place stand out though is the atmosphere. The venue is colourful, energetic, and fun from the moment you walk in, with music and a lively crowd that gives it that classic Seminyak night out vibe. Even though it’s busy, the place feels well run and the energy is more exciting than overwhelming. Service was friendly and efficient, and the staff kept things moving without making us feel rushed. It’s the kind of spot that works whether you’re going with friends for a fun dinner, starting a night out, or just want somewhere that feels a bit special compared to the usual options. Overall: great food, great vibe, and a memorable experience. I’d happily come back and recommend it to anyone visiting Seminyak who wants a meal with an amazing atmosphere. Just wow! I’ve been living in Bali long term, and I always come back here for the mojitos and tacos. It’s honestly mind blowing — you feel like you’ve stepped into a real Mexican cantina right in the middle of Mexico. The vibes, the atmosphere, the service everything is on point. My favorite server is Dita the coolest guy to be taken care of! Ask for him at the door and you’ll have the best experience. I’m only reviewing the club which was mind blowing good! Is a must visit, DJ playing only BANGAS, lighting and atmosphere sets a mean vibe. Dancing on the table tops is encouraged. Huge highlight of our visit. Atmosphere: 5
Nice ambience, but ironically you cannot take picture inside. you can only take outside picture. but I saw some people just don't care about this and freely take pictures. sometimes the staff doesn't wear mask, if you are not concerned with this, this is definitely a nice place to go. their Chocolate lava dessert is tasty (i forgot the name tho)
Food wasn’t the best Mexican food but it was good enough make me full. Food was really tapas style, so don’t expect 1 food to make you full. A really nice restaurant concept, but sadly when I went they didn’t let us take any photos within the eating area just specific areas only hence only 1 food photo. The staff was really friendly! I would come again to experience a bigger crowd and party. It was just too boring because of the little crowd.
