Our best culinary experience in Nusa Dua. We had the grilled squid that was cooked for perfection. The Salmon Sushi and the Dragon Roll were destitute. The main course was Chicken Teppenyaki with Japanese roasted rice, which were fantastic. Our Stewardess Aari, a wonderful and charming Balinese lady, had given us the food proposals. It was nice to interact with her. She presented our nine years with cute origami. Tha... View all feedback.
Sat in front of the chef that prepared sake maki, rainbow maki and another one (i cant remember the exact name) The rainbow maki was absolutely beautiful and had an amazing taste, the chef asked me if i want some mayo on the rainbow maki and i agreed, it was just amazing, some of the best sushi i had in a while. A bit expensive but, honestly, if you look around this area, especially near the resorts, you can buy a burger wth the same money, so it s worth it. Will definitely come back before leaving nusa dua
The chef Afif and team were amazing I went with my wife for our honeymoon The food was fantastic and the experience was soo amazing I will definitely come back here if I come to bali. The chef afif made us feel extremely satisfied and comfortable and was a expert in his craft. He catered to all our needs and even was patient when we wanted to record. Hamabe is extremely lucky to have him. 10/10
Sushi and teppanyaki so good I had to come back the next night. Gracious and friendly staff. Great value and quality ingredients. I even saw someone else come back a second night are well. If in Nusa Dua be sure to stop by!
I had a wonderful experience in Hamabe. Your staff is warm, friendly and very attentive to the guests. You make every customer feel special and always check during your meal to meet your needs. The restaurant has a wide selection of Japanese cuisine and stunning. I have the salmon and tuna sashimi, Tamago Sushi, grilled chicken balls, Tempura soba udon and green tea ice cream. To drink drinks, I got a hot will and a small plum wine. Every dish was absolutely delicious! In my experience, this is one of the best Japanese restaurants in Bali. Would recommend 100%!
Sushi and Sashimi are very fresh. Beef tataki was the best for me. We ask the staff to make us lemon sour. What is popular cocktail with soy in Japan. They didn't know, but we explained how to do it and they really did it for us. Thank you for a good experience.
