The Lower Deck Cafe - Kurunjang

This place is by far the best cafe I've ever had the pleasure of dining at! The staff were very friendly and gave a warm welcome. The food was to die for (had salt and pepper calamari) and came out very quickly. Not one bad thing to say about this place. Will definitely be returning!

Awesome breakfast today, the pulled pork Benedict. It was busy and we didn't have a booking but they happily accommodated us in the bench, coffee was hot and great and the banana smoothie for our little one was to die for. Well done, so happy to have a great place with yummy food and good service so close to home!

As always the food and service was fantastic. Just love the thick slices of briosh toast. The scrambled eggs were creamy and delicious and the corn fritters were very nice also.

There were so many yummy options to choose from that my friend and I needed a while to decide! I had the carrot salad, which was a hearty meal of baby carrots (so pretty in their several colours, and warming with their harissa glaze), filling freekeh and plenty of labne to pull it all together. My friend had the buttermilk fried chicken and waffles, which were crisp and delicious, the jalapeño-spiced maple syrup getting the heat just right. Next time we visit, the savoury pancakes, the burger, the green bowl and the vego shakshuka are in our sights. Thanks for a beautiful meal to warm up with on a chilly day.

Great place. Great Service and Great Food. Definitely will be back there in the future.
