A very unpleasant experience for our family birthday dinner last night. It started with extremely long wait times and only got worse after our valid requests and appropriate feedback, then even worse as we left with our birthday cake deciding to celebrate elsewhere .. a much better vibe. So called 'management ' behaved very poorly, lacked maturity, respect, manners and any customer service skills .. in fact she was unbelievably rude. Despite that, I took the time to personally thank the two staff members who were outstanding the young male bartender and the security staff member. I also waited patiently to personally hand back my membership card to 'management ', we certainly won 't be needing it any longer.

The manager, Isaac is extraordinarily rude to the staff. The way to get return customers is to build a good rapport. One of the staff was talking to me and he walked past her and very rudely, in front of me, the customer, told her to Get back to work. HOW RUDE!! Guaranteed I will never return here, nor recommend this place to anyone. Plus the food wasn 't that good. Food: 1
