Thanks Essenza for serving decent food coffee. Finally someone who knows what they are doing. One of my pet hates are people who think they can just open a cafe, whack some food on a plate, make some noise on the coffee machine, pour some milk from a great height actually expect you to eat drink it be happy when in actual fact it 's absolute ****. Very nice little local cafe! Cozy welcoming decor with friendly vibes... You can easily sit there for hours if you have the time... Excellent coffee and scrumptious selection of foods! Will definitely be back
Thought I would give this fairly new local cafe a try and I wasn’t disappointed. Went in for breakfast and started with a long black in a mug which was very good. I had their signature breakfast dish, Uova in Padella, was a very nice take on baked eggs in a very impressive sauce with 2 pieces of delicious bread. I sat outside on the footpath and only went inside to pay, indoor decor was nice, but it was warm in there. Sitting outside was good as the shops are in their own service road away from the main road, so noise and fumes are not a problem. Their menu had a good variety, but not too large. Definitely worth a try.
Essenza is a new and very stylish upmarket Italian cafe, outclassing nearby cafes around Kilsyth. The decor is modern and elegant, with a polished concrete floor, black colour scheme, and tasteful timber tables settings with plain black chairs. The counter is lined with black tiles, there is suspended lighting, and the walls are decorated with large mirrors. Some produce is displayed on timber wall units. A few tables sit on the pavement out front for alfresco dining. The menu is quite exotic, Italian of course, with much of the pastry and bread baked on the premises. l selected the fagioli white beans, tomato sugo and feta. The tomato was very rich, and the meal was very nice and attractively presented. The coffee was also very good. I found the service welcoming and professional, and I was promptly shown to a table and offered a menu and water. Some Italian MOR/pop played softly in the background, enhancing the ambience.
A lovely family run cafe, where they know your 'regular
The service was fantastic and the food was yummo. We had 3 young kids that couldn't sit still and the staff were very welcoming and nothing was too much for them
