Service is really good, coffee is ok but it’s Mitcham, don’t be a snob. Can’t expect the world, I’m happy to at least get decent service for that I would return as a customer!

Had an exceptionally good breakfast with friends, food was really fresh and delicious. Highlights were a BLT with avocado, big breakfast with scrambled eggs and a smashed avo and feta on sourdough. Coffee was very good. Service very friendly and competent. There is a small dining area inside, it’s a bit plain, not particularly inviting. But most people sit outside under the umbrellas. We will definitely return.

This Greek cafe is a hidden gem with great service, food and. Slur for money. The staff are helpful and friendly and the coffee is very good too. Great choice of meals and the quantities are generous yet full of flavour. We will be back!

What a glorious day! As such we decided to visit this lovely cafe in Mitcham. Had a brewed Chai latte (my favourite hot drink and ordered a spinach pie to share. We followed that with Poseidon's breakfast (poached eggs, avocado, spinach on Turkish bread and The Benedict. I don't like poached eggs so I had mine scrambled on top of layers of succulent ham sitting on Turkish bread and smothered in homemade Hollandaise. The portions are huge and ideal for sharing. Clearly we don't share in my family so ordered our own and left alot on the plate. The waiting staff are young and attentive and we didn't wait long to be served or too long for our food. Because I'm having a good day and don't want this post deleted (yes, Zomato does delete my posts! I'll keep this sarcasm free. *No soup for you today* a la Seinfeld.....

Love this place. I try to come here whenever possible. Best take home meals in Melbourne. I have even tri d them for catering. Spoilt for choice. True Fresh home made meals. Love Ambrosia and the food you make
