Shoutout to vegan queen and Frogs waitress Caitlin! Although Frogs offers all sorts of beautiful food, Caitlin made an effort to create vegan versions of some of the traditional offerings. We had the lentil dahl and Wendy's burger which is basically what a real pizza should be. Fab! Keep up your spirits, Frogs. View all feedback.
What Sharad Shrivastava doesn't like about Frogs Kuranda:
Had their well advertised slow cooked mutton curry and it was not good at all. Left more than half of the curry. Raita they gave in a tiny paper boat which is enough for only 2 spoons max. Atmosphere was sticky. Service was Okay. Highly disappointed. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: A$20–40 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2 View all feedback.
Great place for a lunch pitstop, as you check out the various ties of kuranda. it is right before the bird protection. the coworkers were very friendly and happy to chat about the event history, including the history of their curries and spices. Speaking of the curries are excellent and although it was a very hot day, were not too difficult to make us feel sluggish for the rest of the day.
The roo,- emu- and croc-sampling was worthwhile. croc and roo were boiled to perfection, emu was a touch hard and dry. the crocodile and apple cure was very tasty, we also ordered the red and limette, which was the perfect round dish.
Had a quick lunch at Frogs while exploring Kuranda. We had the emu, kangaroo and crocodile appetizer which was tasty. Not a huge portion for the price but we wanted to try all 3 just to say we did it. Each protein was spiced differently and flash fried. The stand outs were the curries we had. The small sized portion was very reasonable for 10 dollars. We had the crocodile curry and the mutton curry. The flavors in each were incredible. Tons of depth, a bit of heat and lots of meat. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Highly recommend.

Love the masoor dhal which was so well spiced. Rice and naan were cooked really well and it was fluffy. Tiramisu was good too. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: A$20–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Gluten Free and Vegan Curry
