I was thrilled to find an all vegan place to eat in Wakefield and although I arrived slightly earlier than the official opening time, they opened the doors and... read more I was thrilled to find an all vegan place to eat in Wakefield and although I arrived slightly earlier than the official opening time, they opened the doors and welcomed me in. I wasn’t familiar with the cuisine so I didn’t know what to order but the friendly staff (I believe the owner) told me what to order and how to eat it and then brought me a mini dessert to try when I’d finished! He also explained the ingredients of the bread and how it is a healthier alternative to the bread we get here. I had the whole restaurant to myself so personal service The interior feels super clean and fresh and you can see the ingredients (that they actually use to make your meal) on display in the restaurant. The food tasted good, the presentation was unique, like I hadn’t experienced before. The only thing I struggled with was mopping up the stew with the bread it just wasn’t working for me, it was a bit soft for scooping.

The food, all vegan with almost all options gluten-free, was truly delicious. The flax seed drink was a pleasant surprise! The owner's hospitality truly made the experience even better. If you find yourself in Wakefield or nearby, be sure to stop by this restaurant.
