I visited the drive-thru for the first time at Moxie Java, as I needed some warm milk for a bottle and didn't want to take a grumpy toddler out of the car. Shy was the one who assisted us, and she truly saved the day. I'm incredibly grateful to have met her today, and I will definitely return. I would give her a perfect 10/10! Food rating: 5/5. This place is terrible. My iced americano I ordered came with one ice cube. I asked them for cream in the beginning, and came with no cream. It had zero flavor when I asked for a Carmel and cookie dough flavoring. The other drink I ordered with no whip cream, and came with whip cream. Girls have ZERO respect and lacking in customer service.
Please warm the wraps a bit more! Additionally, my coffee tasted slightly burnt on a couple of occasions. I usually love Moxie Java, but I wish there was a bit more attention to detail in what they serve!

I usually never complain but come on!!! Never will go back . Oh and when I gave back that terrible first drink. She still made me pay for the new one.
The girl working the drive through window was super rude and snotty, ordered a lemonade smoothie with strawberry watermelon and raspberry and she told me next time I come through to be more specific because that was super confusing for her and then closed the window and walked away before I could say anything.
