What User doesn't like about Exclusive Royal Barbican:
delicious hot water doesn't work. fittings and shower fittings faulty. dirty walls. bad and not helpful customer service. would have been an excellent place, but it is not properly maintained. apparently it seems that the director does not care about the condition of the rooms and expects to collect full fee, even if its hotel cannot deliver on the service as advertised. here you will find more options only when they... Service was terrible, food was horrible , no hot water , AC didn't work ,TV in the room didn't work , no internet I had to ask before they will put pillow cases and they will not even issue a VAT invoice . Worst place I have stayed and I travel a bit around Ghana.

Room service is on point. Barbican is not difficult to locate
They really knw how to receive customers n stay with them, their services are the best, especially their quick response and customer relations
