We had dinner here, but the quality of the food wasn't good. In addition, some of the vegetables were not boiled well in the shrimp (e.g. crispy potatoes in the potato salad). The waiters reacted rudely and unprofessionally when we discuss the questions.

We had visited this restaurant a few years ago and we discovered her wonderful garlic soup (Knoblauchsuppe). This year we come back from the nearby waterfall. We were thrilled to discover the joy of their Val Gardena with egg and small mushrooms. Like the previous review two years ago, it was superb and great value. Together with an excellent mushroom dumpling table, our party agreed that this was one of the best meals of our recent visit to Austria when you weigh quality against price and quantity. We started to sit outside, but were scared by wasps, so the waiter suggested we ate inside. The restaurant was divided into two separate sections, one for residents and one for guests. The beer was nice and cool and only the job in a hot afternoon. A great place we will see in the future.

On the trail to find this lovely looking restaurant. Perfect interior with first-class service. Beer, that was just sooo good. We ordered Grostl. that is a fried dish of potatoes and meat with a fried egg above. It is one of my favorite feeling good meals while in Austria and that was by far the best!

This is a big hotel with a lot. It's a little confusing that you're sitting for your meal. The service was a little slow, but the waiter was friendly. The meal was good, but not excellent. We finished our meal at 9 a.m., at the time everything seemed to close around us.

We arrived at an awkward time, when the restaurant was hosting a big dinner for 150 people, but after a short wait we were served by an lovely, English-speaking waiter (who may well have been the manager). The food was really tasty and filling, great after a long day of sightseeing. The location is pretty hidden, but if you have a good GPS you'll find it no problem. We even saw Bambi on our way. If you are after a good, honest meal for a good price, this is a place I would recommend.
