Delicious food, good drinks and a beautiful view of the gardens and waters under the Petronas Towers. I look forward to a visit to the future. The choices on the menu are varied and all equally delicious. It is a nice option to share dishes for the table, so you can try all different things. I can recommend the chicken and the Thom Kha soup personally. View all feedback.
What John Basyir doesn't like about Mama San (suria Klcc):
Plus point if u have children who would like to have a view of the lights and fountain, this would be one of the places to get a seat which has a view. Food wise, it’s decent and nice in terms of quality taste, but something that would be expected for this price range and reputation. Place is OK. If you come, try to sit outside to get the best value for money from the location. My dish had good flavour but the seafood was overcooked. It is a bit pricey but that's because if the location. I ate alone off the individual menu, so maybe the sharing menu is better.
We ordered Hainan Chicken Rice and tea. Service was poor. Had to wave my arms to get anyone to notice me. Most of the time the wait persons had their back to the restaurant and were talking among themselves. The meal took a while to arrive. It was very tasty, the rice and soup perfect... except that the soup was luke warm and the chicken cold. The prices are high for the kind of food that street hawkers get right every time, and the budget conscious would do better to go to the food court upstairs. The menu is extensive and there are some interesting desserts on it. Look forward to trying the durian pannacotta another time.
Worst place ever, at the first time I step into the restaurant, have no waiter or waitress come for service, we got ourselves a seat, and take the menu our own without any service from the restaurant, and when we finish the menu, non of any waiter doing the service, excluded the price, this is the worst experience I have ever had, so we decide not to step into this restaurant or any of theirs. (the restaurant is not busy and only some customers inside having the meal)
View over KLCC Park while you enjoy a beautiful Lychee Punch and enjoy a shrimp pad Thai too bad the happy hour only contain two beers nothing else...
