What John Veerasamy doesn't like about De Maw:
Average restaurant serving average food in an average setting. The aromatic roast duck not so flavourful, lacking even the distinctive duck fragrance. Sweet sour pork has its meat covered with thick batter before frying. The fried rice is rather oily but very flavourful as prawn paste added. Aubergine cooked mashed up is flavourful but needs plain rice to accompany it. Parking is very limited but in evening is better... View all feedback. What John Fikri likes about De Maw:
If the guide Michelin was to award stars in Malaysia, this small and inconspicuous family-run Chinese restaurant earned at least one. The dishes are cooked for perfection with high-quality ingredients and they keep the same excellent standard. Really an exceptional place, highly recommended for Chinese food lovers.
