Had reasonable and good food here. Tonight it was dreadful. Originally sent us a half portion of garlic fried rice trying to pass it off as a full portion. When it was resent about another 15 minutes it came in a bowl with a huge chip on the rim. This was returned but not sure they understood why. Sushi was not wrapped correctly in the rice. I had planned to dine at Rakuzen Sunway Putra Mall, but unfortunately it was closed. Despite this setback, I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious beef teppanyaki and fresh sushi. Although I had to wait nearly half an hour for my food, it was definitely worth it. View all feedback.

Food and service were not as good as always maybe due to the festive season.
Came here for dinner with family. Food was good. But the stand out was their service. Very hospitable great wait staff.
