We came to have a drink and after 45 min. Ordered three portions of pancakes (dzem, nutella and nutella plasma . After 35 minutes of waiting for our question, two portions of pancakes arrived (one portion wrong with nutella plasma and ordered only with nutella we waited more than 10 minutes for the third portion. Since the pancakes allegedly fell on the cook's floor because she was sick and she had to bake others. Pancakes served on small plates (the horror! . I tell the waiter that I won't pay for the portion of pancakes because of the long wait and the wrong portion was brought. He apologizes and informs some younger owner of the restaurant who is present there, but the owner does not come to us to apologize or explain more about what it is about in terms of unprofessional service.
