Familian Zen Tea has always been a favorite spot for me. It has a cozy and intimate atmosphere, even after its most recent renovation. They have seating options for almost every preference, whether you want a quiet night in or a lively Friday evening with friends. Some of my favorite teas include Autumn, Three Berry, Hibernate, and Choctea. I also appreciate that they offer additional menu items like pasta and sandwiches. While their internet connection could be improved, Familian Zen Tea is still a go-to spot for tea enthusiasts looking for a homey atmosphere.

This restaurant may not be the top choice for a peaceful atmosphere, but it is still a decent place to relax if you don't mind the occasional chatter and music. They offer sockets and some tables are designed for working, making it a popular spot for those who need to study or work, as they also provide Wi-Fi.

Fifty five pesos for an extra large fruit tea is well worth the money i paid. Very cheap, good enough for a thirsty afternoon. Nothing fancy.
