Very convenient if you are also visiting the Botanical Gardens. As expected, Beef Zavod (Beef Factory) specialises in beef, from beef tartar of various descriptions and tastes, through to some serious steaks. They are proud in their beef specialisation and offer some of the best steaks in St Petersburg. The televisions show beef related films, and at one end of the dining room you can view through the wall to ceiling glass the carcasses hanging in dry cold storage, and the butchering preparation room. The wine list is excellent and they do a good Aperol Spritz. Definitely to be recommended.
