We were extremely pleased with the attentive service and the outstanding culinary creations of head chef Andreas Busse, who served perfectly coordinated and executed individual courses. With every dish, you could taste his craftsmanship, creativity, keen eye, attention to detail, refined sense of taste, and passion for his craft. We spent another wonderful evening at the Green Goose. This was neither our first nor our last visit.
