Pros: • Outstanding breakfast of a very high standard. There is jamón with a slicing machine, eggs prepared in several ways, fresh bread, fruit, and more — truly impressive for a small hotel. • Very good dinner from the regular menu. We had dinner at the hotel because there are almost no other dining options in the village, and the food was genuinely tasty. • Calm atmosphere, suitable for families, polite staff. Cons: • We were given an old, not renovated room, which did not match the photos shown on the booking page. This was disappointing and misleading. • The hotel is quite far from the ski lifts, making a car almost essential. • The village itself is very small, with little to do outside skiing. • The most unpleasant part was the handling of a booking mistake. We accidentally booked Friday–Saturday but arrived Saturday–Sunday. In this situation: • the room was not used on the first night, • no cleaning, towels, water, heating, or electricity were used, • no breakfast was consumed for that night. Despite this, the hotel refused any form of compromise and charged the full price for both nights. Formally, this may follow the policy — but from a customer-service perspective, it was disappointing. Receiving emails afterward inviting us to a “loyalty club” and encouraging us to return felt out of place after this experience. Conclusion: A nice family hotel with excellent food, but weak customer orientation and a room that did not match the advertised photos significantly reduced our satisfaction. Returning in the future is uncertain.

Supermarket, various restaurants, tourist off... read more Very nice, modern hotel with large, new rooms and centrally located in Krimml. Ski bus stop, ski rental 50 m away. Supermarket, various restaurants, tourist office also right in front of the hotel. The sauna is very large with a fantastic view of the mountains. The breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired. Smoothie maker, salmon, omelette, honey from the honeycomb, various types of bread and rolls, a wide range of coffee, so there is something for everyone. The staff is always friendly. The rooms are always very clean. We visited the restaurant several times in the evening, very good regional cuisine. We will definitely come back and would be happy to recommend it.

Starting with the super delicious breakfast with a particularly varied selection, to the very friendly and courteous service and really wonderful, large rooms with a beautiful view. We spent our ski holiday here and used the nearby ski bus. In the evening we enjoyed time in the yoga room or the sauna area. Everything is renovated, modern and clean. You can tell how hard the Steger family and employees are, so we felt very comfortable here and can easily imagine coming back! Food drinks: There is also a large selection for vegetarians

The food and service were very good, the hotel is cozy and very clean. You feel comfortable straight away. We are even considering booking this hotel as accommodation for our next ski vacation.
