This was an interesting and cosy place with a funky beer mug conveyor belt which we loved. The greeter managed to find us a table despite them being very busy on a Saturday evening. Our waitress was really friendly but not very efficient and sadly omitted to put our order into the kitchen correctly so we only received our starter. We were disappointed because the starter was delicious and the mains around us looked fab but having waited for an hour we didn’t really want to wait for the order to be resubmitted so we paid up and left. In fairness to them they came over and apologised profusely and gave us a voucher for €20 so we could go back for lunch the following day. All-in-all, disappointing but they tried hard to make up for it and we enjoyed going back for a bite to eat before leaving Cologne the following day.
We had a very nice service. The food, we were for brunch, and not for the first time, was again very delicious. We can only recommend it!!
On and for itself the Servus is an authentic restaurant, you really make a small Bavarian trip. The food is very delicious and the offer of drinks also very good. Unfortunately, I didn't get so much from the ambiance as we were placed outside, that I found a bit of a pity, because you'll find something like a normal restaurant. Our table service (a young woman) was very nice and sincere. Unfortunately, the male colleagues cannot say that they seemed a little pampy. All in all, we had a very good evening. The toilets are also very clean.
Very cozy, pleasant, rustic and above all the food(Servus Rostbratwürste 12 pieces) simply mega. Our waiter was also top. 2 times there and was served 2 times by Boris. Mega Service. Thank you.
